i Phone

iPhone Availability
When is the iPhone available, & how much does it cost?
Mark your calendars, the iPhone will be available June 29th, at 6:00 p.m. local time, meaning at 6:00 p.m. your local time. Stores on the East Coast will sell their iPhones a full three hours ahead of those on the West Coast. Oh--and you'll be limited to just two iPhones so they can ensure there's enough love to go around. Budget accordingly.

What is the price of the iPhone? Retailers are saying that the iPhone will cost $500 for the 4 GB model and $600 for the 8GB model. Stores carrying the iPhone (apparently only the Apple retail locations and AT&T Corporate stores... not Cingular or AT&T licensed dealers) are going to close at 4:30 p.m. local time and re-open for iPhone sales between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
What will buyers receive with their coveted iphone? The iPhone includes photo, ipod, email, text, web browsing and Visual Voicemail functions.
